About our Products

For the best results, follow these steps:

  1. Start with dry or towel-dried hair. Most of our products perform best in damp hair for maximum hold and texture.
  2. Scoop a small amount. Start with a dime-sized amount. Remember, you can always add more, but you can't take it away!
  3. Emulsify. Rub the product vigorously between your palms until it breaks down and feels smooth and warm. This is a crucial step!
  4. Apply evenly. Work the product through your hair from roots to tips, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Style. Use a comb, your fingers, or a brush to achieve your desired style. using a hair blower will give you some more volume.

Yes, our products have increased wash-ability through natural
emulsifiers, that make it easy to wash the product off your hands and
out of your hair with some soap or shampoo.

We provide hair styling products that are simultaneously also hair and
scalp care products. It is important to us how you feel about your hair
not only your style. Both is important!

All the ingredients are long lasting, nevertheless we recommend a shelf life of 18 month after opening the Product.

We are proud to say that our Products are created and manufactured in
Calgary, Alberta! Our manufacturer (ILC) has over 30 years of experience
and thrives on an ethically manufacturing environment.

Yes! We love partnering with barbershops, salons, and retailers who
share our passion for quality. Please fill out a contact form with your
inquiries to discuss how we can get started. You will receive special
pricing depending on the order quantity.

Ordering & Shipping

Depending where you live in Canada the order will take 5-8 business
days. As we are a young start up we are working on improving our
logistics.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will automatically
receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking
number.

Not yet, but we have big plans and things are already on the go to sell to Europe and to the USA. Thank you for your patience!

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We
accept returns of unused products for a refund or exchange. Please
visit our "Refund Policy" page for full details.

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us immediately through our
contact form on our website. Please include your order number and a
photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will get a replacement
out to you as quickly as possible.
